*Children up to the age of 3 are free of charge. The extra person rate is reduced for children aged 3-10 to £700.00 per 7 nights.

The staff are highly motivated. While gratuities are at the guest’s discretion, we can advise on the amounts if requested.

All airport transfers and trips can be arranged in-house by Latif, our manager.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

All food is prepared and included in the rental price, including afternoon tea. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your rental commencing. The villa can be rented for less than 7 nights (there is a minimum stay of 3 nights and prices are pro-rata). Changeover day is flexible as are arrival and departure times. These need to be discussed at the time of booking. The villa is only let for 15 weeks of the year.

There is good broadband throughout the Villa. There is good reception for UK mobile phones.  The electricity supply is the same as Europe (round 2 pin plugs).

There are many cash points (ATMs) found in town. The ATM at the airport has a bad exchange rate and can delay your arrival. Credit cards are widely accepted.

Exchange rate: 10 Moroccan Dirhams are worth approximately £0.79 €0.92. The rate is subject to daily fluctuations.

At the villa we have 4 travel cots with fitted sheets and 2 high chairs.

We also have a wonderful professional Nanny called Zeinab who speaks a little English and can stay at the Villa to look after your baby or small child, and another untrained but experienced and responsible young lady who is an excellent spare pair of hands if needed.

Marrakech is on Greenwich Mean Time. In summer the time is one hour behind GMT.
